The client agrees to the following:
-The Illustrations will be drawn like the sample images and expect purely stylized illustrations.
- Payment is upfront and payment is non-refundable due to the digital item
-Minimum of three revisions
- To credit the artist if the illustration will be posted on social media
-The artist deserves the right to ownership to the illustration
-A single watermark of the artist's signature is included
- 3 to 14 days delivery time

I. Scope of WorkThe client agrees to receive digital copies of jpeg, png, gifs or mp4 only.The client agrees to trust the knowledge and experience of the artist.The client agrees to wait for one week or seven days to 2 weeks or 14 days before receiving the order.II. PaymentThe client agrees to pay 50% of the original price before the start of the commission.The client agrees that the payment is non-refundable.The client agrees to pay in full after the artist completes the art commission and before sending the digital artwork via email.The client agrees to pay via Paypal or GcashThe client agrees to pay additional fees for artwork or illustrations with additional characters.III. RevisionOnly three minor revisions are allowed including but not limited to changing the character’s eye color, hair color, and skin color.The client agrees to pay the original for a major revision including but not limited to changing the character’s outfit and face, animating the character, and adding an accessory.IV. TerminationThe artist has the right to reject the commission due to abiding by principles, and rules including but not limited to the rules and regulations of social media, and some circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, workload, deadlines, internet connection, vacation, events).The client has the right to cancel the order.The artist will stop the commission once cancellation.`VI. Rights of the Artist including Ownership and CreditThe artist shall retain all the rights of ownership including but not limited to digital files, sketches, initial drafts, illustrations, and completed art.The artist has the right to post the commissioned artwork on the artist’s social media accounts and website, including but not limited to the portfolio, books, and other publications.The client agrees to credit the artist and retain the artist’s signature on the commission.VIII. Feedback, Issues, and concernsThe client agrees to send any concerns, or issues about the artwork only through private messages or email.IX. LiabilityThe client agrees to exclude the artist against all claims and expenses including but not limited to shipping and printing.The client agrees that the artist is not liable for any losses, damages, and misconstrued interpretation of the artwork.The client agrees that by sending an order to the artist, he/she consents to the terms and conditions.

I am Jen, a digital artist. Painting and drawing animes, people, and landscapes using various art mediums are my hobby and interest since childhood. I created my first Social media art accounts in 2022 and named them Artwok by Jenma. My inspirations in creating art are nature, people, and science. I am inspired by illustrations by artists worldwide. I would like to tell a story using my art illustrations and pursue a career in art.
